The way people find businesses, ask questions, and buy is moving from static pages into conversations. 800 million people are already discovering brands through agent search. The Team
Every enterprise deal starts with a conversation. Our BDR team starts it. You'll research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, and book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers at companies spending millions on customer acquisition without an agent strategy. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen within .11 seconds. The team is small and the bar is high. Founded by an ex-Google team, and we hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
- Own outbound for key verticals — financial services, insurance, healthcare — companies with large customer acquisition budgets that should be talking to Point11
- Launch multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone — figure out what works and double down
- Create the industry-specific messaging sequences that get CMOs, CDOs, and VPs of Digital to take the meeting
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
- Research accounts, find the right person, and craft the message that gets a reply — phones and inbox every day
- Book meetings, test new sequences, watch the open rates, and iterate
- Qualify inbound leads and route them to the right Account Executive
- Keep your CRM clean — pipeline data is how the company makes decisions
- Report on your numbers weekly because you're proud of them
About You
- You've done sales development, business development, or a client-facing role and you liked the hustle of it
- You're a strong writer and a confident communicator — you don't take rejection personally
- You're curious about AI, enterprise technology, and how businesses buy
- You ask good questions and listen before you pitch — the reps who succeed here aren't the loudest ones
- You're based in or willing to relocate to Miami — this role is hybrid
Even Better If You Have
- Experience selling into financial services, insurance, or healthcare
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, or similar
- Prior startup experience or an entrepreneurial background
- A natural interest in how AI is changing how businesses reach customers
