We do not use Customer Data (as defined in our Master Services Agreement) to train or improve our general-purpose AI/ML models. See our Data Processing Addendum for details on how we handle data processed on behalf of our customers.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share personal information with:

3.1 Service Providers

Third-party companies that perform services on our behalf (hosting, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, customer support tools). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to perform services for us. See our Sub-Processor List at point11.com/legal/sub-processors.

3.2 Business Transfers

In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

3.3 Legal Requirements

When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

3.4 With Your Consent

When you direct us to share information with third parties, such as when you connect integrations or authorize third-party access.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, maintain our business relationship with you, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

For Customer Data processed on behalf of our customers, retention is governed by the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 All Users

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us
  • Data portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

5.2 California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

  • Right to know what personal information is collected, used, and shared
  • Right to delete personal information
  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (Point11 does not sell personal information)
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information

5.3 European Economic Area, UK, and Swiss Residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

All rights listed above, plus:

  • Right to restriction of processing
  • Right to object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time
  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use appropriate data transfer mechanisms (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required) to ensure adequate protection.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date and, where required, by providing additional notice (such as email).
