.11 Seconds to Win

A decade ago, we were working together at Google headquarters in Mountain View, California. Mobile and digital advertising were taking off.
For a while, the idea of entering a credit card on a phone felt reckless. We used to open every customer meeting with Mary Meeker's Internet Trends[1], which showed the growth of mobile so clearly it was impossible to ignore. Most people nodded. A few leaned in. The ones who did won.
Today, mobile sales have surpassed desktop. And we're watching something similar happen with agents. The way people find businesses, ask questions, and make buying decisions is moving from static pages into conversations.
This shift is why we started Point11. The name comes from a landmark study by researchers at the Max Planck Institute[2]. They analyzed how people hold conversations across cultures and found something universal: when a response is delayed by more than 0.11 seconds, the conversation falls apart. It has to feel real-time to hold attention.
Every interaction should feel intelligent. Brands need to show up where agents are looking, deliver agentic experiences on site, and do it all at the speed conversations demand. We help brands win in this new era.
