The way people find businesses, ask questions, and buy is moving from static pages into conversations. 800 million people are already discovering brands through agent search. How those conversations work, what shows up, and who gets chosen is being decided right now.

The Team

Our Marketing team owns everything that shapes how Point11 shows up in the market — positioning, narrative, content, and the brand experience that makes enterprise buyers pay attention before they ever talk to sales. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen within .11 seconds. The team is small and the bar is high. Founded by an ex-Google team, and we hire accordingly.

What Your First Year Looks Like

  • Launch the content engine — thought leadership targeting enterprise CMOs and VPs of Digital, monthly cadence, high signal, no filler
  • Produce enterprise case studies that quantify ROI and become the cornerstone of every deal cycle
  • Build the SEO content strategy that captures high-intent search traffic around AI customer acquisition and enterprise AI infrastructure

What the Day-to-Day Feels Like

  • Write, edit, and publish every week — interview clients for case studies, do keyword research, review drafts with the CEO
  • Partner with sales to understand what content actually moves deals forward
  • Translate technical capabilities into language buyers care about
  • Measure everything against pipeline, not pageviews — that's what matters
  • Define the brand voice across every touchpoint — website, social, sales collateral, events

About You

  • You've done B2B content marketing or brand work in enterprise tech or SaaS — you have a portfolio that proves you can write with a point of view
  • You understand SEO, content distribution, and analytics — you know how to connect content to pipeline, not just traffic
  • You can write for a technical audience and an executive audience in the same week
  • You're as comfortable producing a whitepaper on agentic architecture as you are writing a LinkedIn post that gets a CMO to click
  • You're based in or willing to relocate to Miami — this role is hybrid

Even Better If You Have

  • Familiarity with AI, digital marketing, or enterprise infrastructure topics
  • Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo
  • A background in journalism, technical writing, or editorial roles
  • A natural feel for how enterprise buyers research and make decisions
