Craft intuitive, beautiful interfaces for Point11's enterprise products and marketing site. You'll be the first dedicated designer, establishing the design system and setting the visual bar for everything from our AI agent interfaces to our client dashboards.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for enterprise products and internal tools
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
Conduct user research and usability testing with enterprise stakeholders
Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Design marketing pages, pitch materials, and brand assets as needed
Qualifications
4+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
Experience designing for B2B or enterprise products
Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup where you'll wear multiple hats
