Serve as the technical bridge between our enterprise clients and engineering team. You'll design custom implementation architectures, lead technical discovery sessions, and ensure Point11's products integrate seamlessly into complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
Lead technical discovery and architecture design for enterprise implementations
Build proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations for prospective clients
Design integration patterns for CRM, CMS, and marketing automation platforms
Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides
Partner with sales to scope technical requirements and inform product roadmap
Qualifications
5+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or senior engineering
Experience working with enterprise clients in regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare)
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and modern web infrastructure
Excellent communication skills — able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Experience with AI/ML systems is a strong plus
