Customer Success Manager

Ensure Point11's enterprise clients achieve measurable ROI from our platform. You'll be the primary relationship owner post-sale, driving adoption, managing renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities across a portfolio of high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Conduct onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts
  • Partner with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
  • Experience managing enterprise accounts ($100K+ ARR)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in digital marketing, AI, or enterprise technology is a plus
