Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive adoption, retention, and expansion
Conduct onboarding, training, and quarterly business reviews
Monitor account health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts
Partner with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and feature requests
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

3+ years of customer success or account management in B2B SaaS
