Responsibilities
Conduct applied research in NLP, information retrieval, and conversational AI
Design experiments and evaluate new techniques against production baselines
Publish findings internally and at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL)
Prototype novel approaches and collaborate with ML engineers to productionize them
Stay current with state-of-the-art research and advise the team on emerging techniques
Qualifications
PhD or MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, NLP, or a related field
Published research in NLP, information retrieval, or conversational AI
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks
Ability to translate research ideas into practical, production-ready solutions
Experience with large language models and modern generative AI systems
