The Team
Every enterprise deal starts with a conversation, and you start it. Research target accounts, run outbound, and book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers at companies spending millions on acquisition with no agent strategy. Every interaction has to feel intelligent, and it has to happen in .11 seconds. Small team, high bar. Founded by ex-Googlers. We hire accordingly.
What Your First Year Looks Like
- Own outbound for key verticals: financial services, insurance, healthcare, big acquisition budgets that should be talking to us.
- Launch multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone. Find what works and double down.
- Write the industry sequences that get CMOs, CDOs, and VPs of Digital to take the meeting.
What the Day-to-Day Feels Like
- Research accounts, find the right person, and write the message that gets a reply. Phones and inbox, every day
- Book meetings, test sequences, watch the open rates, iterate
- Qualify inbound and route it to the right Account Executive
- Keep the CRM clean. Pipeline data is how the company decides
- Report your numbers weekly, because you're proud of them
About You
- You've done sales or business development and liked the hustle of it
- You're a strong writer and a confident communicator who doesn't take rejection personally
- You're curious about AI, enterprise tech, and how companies buy
- You ask good questions and listen before you pitch. The reps who win here aren't the loudest
- You're in Miami or willing to relocate. This role is in person.
Even Better If You Have
- Selling into financial services, insurance, or healthcare
- Tools like Apollo, Outreach, or similar
- A startup or entrepreneurial background
- A real interest in how AI is changing how companies reach customers
